This full programme helps you look more closely at how sound links to vibration, rhythm, meditation, and inner awareness.

In Level Three, you go into more advanced work with singing bowls. You take part in sound healing concerts. You practise bowl patterns and rhythm. You also chant mantras and focus on vibrational cues. At times, you join guided sound sessions.

You will also work with practices tied to NADA Yoga. There is time for Dhrupad singing too. You use singing bowls in a way that feels like Tanpura-style practice.

Level one is all about the bowl foundations and basics, Level Two introduces multi-bowl therapy sessions, and Level Three ventures into sound concerts, mantra and NADA Yoga.

Your fee includes hotel stays, all meals, and transport with pick-up and drop-off. It also covers your guided training in singing bowl therapy and sound healing.

Yes. You can choose an extra 2-day custom tourist package for $200. It includes entry tickets, a massage, a guide, transportation, a hotel, and meals.
